A straightforward Ranger, Castillo has never had a taste for history, preferring the abbreviated versions. When asked about the Rangers, he simply states they are the elite of the NCR military and the best fighters in the wasteland.[1] As a plainclothes Ranger, Castillo is typically found with a microphone than a revolver in hand, however. His current posting at Ranger station Alpha means he usually just has to relay the number of Legion scouts they sent downriver with holes in their heads.[2]
Return to Sender: The player can hand the updated codes to Castillo. The dialogue changes slightly if the player does not wear an NCR uniform, with Castillo remarking that it's strange to see a civilian running a military errand.
