Caravan lunch is a consumable item in Fallout: New Vegas.

Characteristics[]

The caravan lunch is a collection of food items with the harmful radiation removed. It is often eaten by caravan merchants due to the filling nature of the food and preparation simplicity. In hardcore mode, this is the second most filling food (after MRE) in the game, although its weight takes away from its usefulness.

Notes[]

  • Prior to patch 1.2.0.314, caravan lunches required a packet of RadAway to craft, and reduced radiation by 4 for 10 seconds in addition to healing hunger, thirst, and HP.
  • Despite requiring only three food items to craft, its in-game model has a fourth container within the lunchbox.
