| |||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
The Camp Forlorn Hope command center is the heart of Camp Forlorn Hope in Fallout: New Vegas.
Layout[]
This large tent houses the command and control tools necessary for coordinating the activities of the Camp and the fighting with the Legion over at Nelson. That means maps, radio sets - lots and lots of radio sets, complete with Wattz 2043B radios issued to soldiers - and paperwork: Reports on stockpiles, kill ratios, mission success rates, radiation deaths, and other fascinating numbers essential for proper logistics.[1]
Major Joseph Polatli, career officer of the NCR Army, tries to fix the situation with the Camp from the command center, while Tech Sergeant Reyes coordinates radio communications and helps him deal with the excess of paperwork. Although considered an incompetent desk jockey with a drinking problem, the Sergeant has stumbled upon the trace of a deeper problem within the NCR command.
Lieutenant Gorobets and Corporal Sterling will appear at the tent once Three-Card Bounty is completed and 1st Recon is reassigned to the frontlines.
Notable loot[]
- Big Book of Science: On the desk in the back, to the right. Must be stolen.
Appearances[]
Camp Forlorn Hope command center appears only in Fallout: New Vegas.

- ↑ The Courier: "What do you need help with?"
Reyes: "I have the delightful task of tabulating stockpiles, kill ratios, mission success rates, radiation deaths, and other truly fascinating numbers. I've come across numerous inconsistencies between our numbers and our reports - especially with regards to intercepting hostiles. I'm wondering if our radio security codes have been compromised. I need someone to deliver security code upgrades to each of the Ranger stations."
