Water is 15% better at removing dehydration. Basically, all normal bottled water removes an extra 7 dehydration, and all standing water sources (lakes, fountains, sinks...) heal an extra 30 dehydration.
Outside of Hardcore mode, Camel of the Mojave provides no benefit.
