We are the only ones willing to stand against Paradise Falls and slavery.”— Caleb Smith, Fallout 3.
Caleb Smith is the stonemason of the Temple of the Union in Fallout 3.
Caleb was born in 2245 as a slave. He escaped in 2269, joining a raider band shortly after. When he heard about Hannibal Hamlin and the Temple of the Union, he promptly left the raiders and joined Hannibal. He is the first of Hannibal's followers and has some experience as a stonecutter. Caleb prefers to use melee weapons but knows his way around big and small guns.
Caleb is a member of the Temple of the Union and will defend it and the people in it with his life.
Caleb can always be found at the Temple of the Union. When the Temple of the Union moved to Lincoln Memorial he will be found there working to restore the memorial, as it is the new location of the Temple of the Union.
