Butter knives are miscellaneous items that can be found and picked up in Fallout 3 and Fallout: New Vegas. There are two variants of it.
Characteristics[]
A butter knife is a silverware item used for the spreading of various toppings (not only butter), and for the cutting of more tender foods. The Pip-Boy 3000 categorizes butter knives as miscellaneous junk.
In Fallout 3, both variants can be used as ammunition for the Rock-It Launcher, and with the Honest Hearts add-on for Fallout: New Vegas, the non-metal variant can be used to make scrap metal.
Locations[]
- Butter knives may be found on the corpses of feral ghouls and centaurs, both of which have a high chance to have a random miscellaneous item on them.
- Trogs in The Pitt have a chance to carry one.
