Part 1
Head to the dead drop near a random location and grab the Augusta report.
Follow the marker to Kendall Hospital. Enter the building and wipe out the raiders. Find the elevators on the upper floor (roughly over the entrance door). Move through the corridors and the nursery to the main course.
The goal of the quest lies two levels below, in the desk inside an office with red walls. Pick Augusta Station Last Update up.
Report to Doc Carrington for debriefing.
Part 2
Leave the HQ and return later. Carrington will inform you that there's been a development and that they've received information that one of their agents, Blackbird, was captured by raiders. The twist? He was thought to have been killed at Augusta.
Travel to the dead drop at a random location and pick up the Blackbird Report from the dead drop marked with the railmark.

Determine status of Augusta Safehouse
At the dead drop, I received the location of Augusta Safehouse. Augusta's been dark for a long time so who knows what to expect there.
Report back to Doctor Carrington
I found a holotape which recorded the final moments of Augusta Safehouse. The Institute attacked them and it's doubtful there were any survivors. Time to report to Doctor Carrington.

Description
Go to the dead drop
Potentially a survivor made it out of the Augusta Safehouse disaster. His name is Blackbird and he was spotted recently. I've been asked to gather more details at a dead drop and rescue him.
Find Agent Blackbird
The runner reports that he saw Blackbird, but he was badly injured. I'm supposed to go to the target location and save him. Hopefully I can get to him before it's too late.
Report back to Doctor Carrington
I found Blackbird's corpse. His note indicated everyone at Augusta was killed. I should report the bad news to Doctor Carrignton.
