”Buster is Shady Sands' biggest gun merchant, running the Buster's Fine Emporium of Armament in Fallout 2.
Background[]
Buster is a man of short stature and temper, though not particularly hostile. He loves his guns almost as much as a Gun Runner and seems to be perpetually covered with gun blue. Despite his ragged clothing,[1] he is quite rich and has an extremely impressive stock. He simply invests his money in what he loves: Guns and ammunition. As a result, he's also a talented gunsmith.
