Background

A high-ranking member of the Gunners, Bullet has found his calling within the mercenary organization, by being a brutal cutthroat with limited humanity. This is further seen in his personal work of kidnapping children and using or selling them off as slaves, which eventually puts him at odds with a prominent presence within the Commonwealth.

• Kid in a Fridge: Bullet offers to buy Billy, and take him off of the Sole Survivor's hands. Should his offer be refused, Bullet and his mean will need to be dealt with, in which the Sole Survivor will gain the support of Billy's parents.
