A source text is a text (sometimes oral) from which information or ideas are derived. Applied to the Fallout series, the term refers to raw ingame material or design documents which provide information on the Fallout world. Not all source texts are considered canon; their canonicity is derived from the game they appear in.
The pages listed here aim to provide information on all of the source texts in the various Fallout games and other source information (like game manuals or developer interviews).
