The Bradberton Overpass is a location on the outskirts of Nuka-World.

Background[]

A collapsed section of the highway connecting to the town of Bradberton and Nuka-World, the Overpass was recently taken over by a detachment of Gunners operating under the command of Sgt. Lanier. With her recent disappearance, the Gunners are confused and leaderless, waiting for reinforcements from HQ that are unlikely to come, at best.

Layout[]

The Overpass is an interesting stronghold. Built on two isolated sections of the overpass, the upper levels can only be accessed from the northern segment, via an elevator, which connects to an overhead tram that travels to the main part of the outpost. Of course, Gunners don't just watch idly while anyone comes up: The sentry down on the ground alerts the upper levels to aggressors, allowing Gunners up top to engage them from a safe distance and a superior position. Engaging includes Fat Man bombardment.

Even when one gets up top, they have to contend with Assaultron protection and two power armor units, which are used for defense when needed. The southern camp is much more well defended; it houses a cooking station, power armor station, and Sergeant Lanier's terminal.

Notable loot[]

  • Two random power armor sets (including X-01 power armor) are in the southern camp; chances are good at least one of them is being worn by a Gunner.

Appearances[]

The Bradberton Overpass appears only in Fallout 4 add-on Nuka-World.
