The Boomer teacher is an elderly lady who provides education to the Mini Boomers. She has an open mind and believes that trade relations with the outside need to be establishes sooner or later, though no one listens to her. By extension, she is also open to additions to her school curriculum.[1][2][3][4] Not only because the children aren't very interested in firearms,[5] but more so because she teaches from skill books.[6]
The player can gain fame by suggesting additions to the curriculum.

That sounds good for teaching the kids how to negotiate prices. I keep saying we need to open trade with the outside, but no one listens. (+60 XP, +3 Fame)
I can teach how to make jacketed hollow points and other specialized ammo. (Guns 60)
Wow, our stockpiles mostly included full metal jacket. I should start a reloading class for the children to learn how to make ammunition! (+60 XP, +3 Fame)
I've done a lot of machining and lathe work over the years. I could write up a booklet for you. (Repair 50)
Hey, that's a great idea! This information might help with our training manuals, and maybe create a few new apprentices for Loyal. (+50 XP, +3 Fame)
Talking enemies down is an effective way to get what you want and save ammo. (Speech 75)
I like the way you think. Oratory may indeed be a useful tool in our arsenal if wielded effectively. I'll put together a debate curriculum and pull out some of those old philosophy books. (+75 XP, +3 Fame)
