Bobrov's Best Moonshine is brewed by the Bobrov brothers, Yefim and Vadim, in the Dugout Inn in Diamond City, stored in Rooster's Rum vodka bottles. The distilled beverage increases one's Charisma and Strength by 1 and lowers one's Intelligence by 1. Additionally, it raises one's maximum hit points by 25. However, it also carries a 15% chance of alcohol addiction.
