The Bloodletter is a unique weapon in the Fallout 4 add-on Far Harbor.
Characteristics[]
The Bloodletter is a family heirloom of the Dalton family. This pole hook has the legendary "Wounding" effect, meaning it causes the target to bleed for 25 points of additional damage. Although it is slow, its raw damage makes up for its lack of speed. With it's puncturing modification, it can deal even more damage and pierce armor.

- The Bloodletter is gifted to the Sole Survivor after they complete Blood Tide.
