Blood pack heal 50 hit points over ten seconds. They are also a component of several craftable items, including glowing blood packs, refreshing beverages, stimpaks, deathclaw egg omelettes, as well as tasty deathclaw omelettes.

- The Greater Mass Blood Clinic has over 25 blood packs scattered around it.
- Blood packs are sometimes found in first aid kits in abandoned buildings across the Commonwealth.
