Blast Off pajamas are pre-War children's clothing in Fallout 3. The matching Blast Off helmet can be found in the game files but is not actually used in the game.
Characteristics[]
Emulating every child's favorite space adventurer, Captain Cosmos, the Blast Off pajamas is covered in stars and rocket ships. Both the pajamas and helmet grant a small damage resistance of 2 and 1, respectively.
Location[]
The pajamas can be obtained by reverse-pickpocketing Bumble in Lamplight Caverns. It offers no bonuses to the player and has no real use. It is obvious that the player wasn't intended to obtain this item due to the fact that it is a child item and the Pip-Boy icon is that of a Vault 101 jumpsuit.
Bugs[]
- The pajamas will glitch through the lower left hand corner of the Pip-Boy screen, almost covering the 'weapons' menu.
- When the pajamas are dropped they will appear to be a Vault 101 jumpsuit.
- The Blast Off helmet is the same as the helmet from the spacesuit in the Mothership Zeta add-on.
