Mr. Bishop (2243-2316) is the head of the Bishop Family in 2281.
Background[]
Not long after the destruction of the Enclave, the Bishop Family of New Reno was blessed with a child, whose biological father was the Arroyo tribal known as the Chosen One. This child seemed to have little in common with the Bishops, preferring instead to spend his days exploring the wastes.[1] When he turned thirteen, he seized control of the Bishop Family and led them to victory over the remaining New Reno families.[2]
By the time of the Second Battle of Hoover Dam, the Wrights have control over New Reno,[3] but Mr. Bishop's position is still fairly strong as the head of the Bishop family. According to Bruce Isaac, he knows the wasteland "like the back of his hand";[1] indeed, Isaac had to flee as far as Novac to escape his wrath after stealing money he was owed from the Shark Club and having sex with Bishop's daughter.[4]
Mr. Bishop eventually dies quietly in his sleep at the age of seventy-three, having never known his real father.[2]

Bruce Isaac: "You don't know Mr. Bishop. He's not like the other bosses up there. He knows the Wasteland like the back of his hand, and he likes to wander it. I knew if I didn't get way the hell away from New Reno, he'd run me down like a dog."

- ↑ The Courier: "What's your story?"
Clayton Ettienne: "Well, I've lived in Nevada all my life. Started out in New Reno, but headed down here as soon as I got the chance. If you can believe it, things are even worse back home. The whole city's still run by crime families. Used to be the Mordinos and Wrights. Now it's the Wrights and Van Graffs. Seems like things never get better. Anyway, that's all behind me now."
(Clayton Ettienne's dialogue) - ↑ The Courier: "Why would this Mr. Bishop be after you?"
Bruce Isaac: "Oh, well, that's all just a big misunderstanding, see. Mr. Bishop, well, he owed me a lot of money, and, y'know, he's a busy guy, so I sort of figured I'd just...take it off his hands."
The Courier: "You robbed a casino boss?"
Bruce Isaac: ""Robbed" is such an ugly word. It's more like I took care of a payroll problem for him. Also, I might have... umm... sort of... plowed his daughter. A little."
