Billy is a child who was caught stealing. Rather than imprison or exile him, the Hub police put him in the care of Dan to put him on the straight an narrow.[1] Billy is a hard worker and tends to the brahmin well, though he has to use the spear to make them do his bidding.[2]
"What's a brahmin? You must be joking. Why they're one of the major food sources and forms of transportation around here. They haul the caravans. Dan says this is a really important job, but it's the Bone."
