William "Bill" Breyer was an investigative reporter for the Charleston Herald prior to the Great War that was killed by Hornwright Industrial security.
Background[]
William Breyer was assigned to investigate Hornwright Industrial's "Motherlode" project before the War. In an attempt to investigate rumors that it was secretly a cover to dump toxic waste beneath Appalachia or a new mining method that would revitalize the local economy, he snuck into one of the numerous Hornwright sites that had been created to support the project. He was eventually spotted by Hornwright security. The security officer that found him thought his recorder he was using to document his finding was a gun and opened fire and killed him.[1][2][3]
Notes[]
- Billy Breyer's office can be found at the Charleston Herald building right across from Quinn Carter's office. The outside is decorated in flowers.
Appearances[]
Bill Breyer appears only in Fallout 76.
