Big spoons are miscellaneous items in Fallout 3 and Fallout: New Vegas.

Characteristics

While big spoons are relatively rare items, they serve no purpose, and are considered junk.

One can be found within the Fort Constantine launch control bunker, on a counter in the kitchen area.
One can be found in Jury Street township, lying on the floor of the diner behind the counter.
One can be found in the Old Olney sewers, next to a copy of Duck and Cover! ("C" on the map).

Two can be found within the Bison Steve Hotel in Primm, in the kitchen area. One on the shelf on the north wall, and one on the center table.
One can be found in the Camp Forlorn Hope mess hall, on the counter in the kitchen area.
One can be found in the Cantina Madrid kitchen sitting on a workstation.
One is in The Cuckoo's Nest in Old World Blues, on a large crate with a fan next to a fire.

In the Old Olney sewers, there's a second big spoon placed, but far out of the cell and thus inaccessible without the use of the console command tcl.
