By convincing your brain to return to your body or convince it to come back to The Sink, you brain can be re-installed. Following the re-installation, your head cannot be crippled, you gain +10% Damage Threshold (with a minimum of +1) and +10% resistance to chem addictions.

- The DT added by this perk and Brainless does not work correctly. A fix for the PC version is available here.

- Apparently, the original counterpart to Brainless was to be called 'Brain-full', and the description implies that it would have provided 10% more XP, 1 more skill point per level, +1 Intelligence, and +10 Science. Additionally, there is also a mirror of Big Brained with the same name but different effects (identical addition resistance as Brainless, with +5% DR as opposed to +5% or +10% DT) and description.
