Bedlam is the current leader of a group of raiders that have established their presence within the Dunwich borers. She can be found along with her bodyguard, typically sleeping right outside of the tunnels that lead into the feral ghoul infested area of the quarry.
Reading her personal terminal, near where she is found, it is discovered that she had a professional relationship with Slag of the Forged clan, originally having been sent to take control of the raider group stationed at the borers, in order to determine why shipments of scrap from the quarry were no longer being produced for use at the Saugus ironworks. Reading further, it is shown that initially she was disgusted with the surviving raiders within the quarry, perceiving them as cowards for being afraid of the local ferals. However, as time went by, even Bedlam fell insane due to the environment, and became obsessed with the inner chambers as well.
