The basketball makes very good, low-spread ammunition for the Rock-It Launcher in Fallout 3.

They can be found stashed throughout the Capital Wasteland and Mojave Wasteland.
Notes[]
- Although it is a normal sized basketball, the smaller baseball weighs one pound more.
- Some places may have a smaller sized basketball that has the same weight as the large one. See oversized and undersized items.
- The basketball makes a unique sound when its world model is moved. It actually sounds like a real basketball.
