The Barge is a vehicle in Fallout: New Vegas.

The barge is the vehicle used to transport the player character from the Cottonwood Cove to The Fort or vice versa. The barge is a simple vehicle comprised of eight barrels that provide floatation tied to several wooden planks that make up the body of the barge. As the barge has no propulsion, traveling up the Colorado River takes several hours.[1]
The barge is captained by Cursor Lucullus, though if killed, the player can still operate the barge themselves.
