Bandanas are pieces of headwear in Fallout 3, Fallout: New Vegas, and Fallout 4.

Background

Bandanas are a form of headwear that originated in India. They are large square or triangle pieces of cloth wrapped around the head, though their usability is only limited by the wearer's imagination, as they can also be worn as masks or used as improvised field dressings. Though bandanas are usually associated with the paisley motif, in both blue and red, they are ubiquitous and popular.
