Atticus is tasked with maintaining the Legion's presence west of the Colorado, restocking safehouses and supplying items to friends of the Legion. He makes his rounds constantly, so safehouses might not always be graced by his presence.
A Trusted Aide: Once the player gains access to the safehouse, Atticus will appear there periodically and offer one of the following: Two random magazines, two doses of Cat Eye, or two Stealth Boys.
Another version of Atticus appears in the game files that remains unused. This version's internal name places him at the Fort. Killing him will instantly fail Caesar's Hire and Beware the Wrath of Caesar, regardless of story state. Inventory includes Veteran Armor and Helmet, random food, and either a machete or chainsaw.
"Here - these are the supplies I've acquired for you."
"I'll be back in a few days with more supplies. See you then."
