Atomic Command is a Pip-Boy game tape in Fallout 4.

Characteristics[]

Published in 2071 by Planned Diversion Programming, Atomic Command is a shooting game able to be played on the Pip-Boy 3000 Mark IV. An excellent example of how the Resource Wars shaped popular culture, the main objective of the game is to protect eight American cities and landmarks (San Francisco, Seattle, Las Vegas, Mount Rushmore, Boston, St. Louis, Washington, D.C., and New York) from an incoming nuclear bombardment, by firing missiles that explode and destroy the warheads mid-air.

All targets are stand-ins for cities except for Mount Rushmore. There are eight landmarks that the Sole Survivor must protect: the Golden Gate Bridge, Space Needle, Fabulous Las Vegas sign, Mount Rushmore, Custom House Tower, Gateway Arch, Statue of Liberty, National Mall (specifically the Lincoln Memorial, Washington Monument and the United States Capitol).

Location[]

  • Atomic Command can be loaded and played after obtaining the Atomic Command issue of RobCo Fun from the top floor of the Museum of Freedom, next to the terminal in the room containing the vagrant settlers.
