Similar to the greasers of the past and their love of hot rods and muscle cars, the Atom Cats have a similar love of Power armor and base everything they can to tricking out their suits of power armor as best they can. They are essentially a 23rd century greaser gang, except with power armor instead of hot rods.[1] They survive thanks to their mechanical skills, trading spare parts and repair services for food, primarily with the neighboring Warwick Homestead.[2]
Duke is a random encounter character and can be found standing by a blue car south of Walden Pond and north of ArcJet Systems and west of Corvega Assembly Plant. If you talk to him, he will provide you with the Atom Cats Garage location marker on your map. He is a member of the Atom Cats and wearing a T-60 power armor in Atom Cat livery.
