This island, with all of its danger and beauty, pre-dates you and I. The ecosystem isn't what it once was, but it has adapted. And it will continue to adapt, long after we're gone. What's important, really important in the long run, is understanding it.
”Aster is an escaped synth living in Acadia in 2287.
Background[]
An escaped synth, Aster is a self-taught physician and biologist. She investigates the unique Far Harbor environment, trying to both come up with new treatments and better understand it. She took an interest to a mutated flower that grows natively on the Island; the aster, going as far as naming herself after it. Aster wishes to study it's properties and how it evolved over the centuries following the Great War.
