Armstrong is a corporal serving in either the 4th or 13th Great Midwest Commonwealth Armored Infantry Division.[1]
Background[]
Armstrong participated in the Anchorage Reclamation. After he rotated back, he found himself serving as homeland security.

In the Van Buren tech demo, Armstrong will escort the player to the entrance of the Vault. During the short journey he provides fire support and assistance in combat situations. While he does provide good protection, the player can also kill him and take his weapons and power armor.
