The arc welder is a weapon that was to appear in Van Buren, the canceled Fallout 3 by Black Isle Studios. It also appears in the Van Buren tech demo game files.
Characteristics[]
A grey metallic gas filled cylinder, with in the middle a red banner painted around it. At the top end a nozzle with an ignitor which converts the gas into flames.

Van Buren[]
- Carried by Sparky in Burham Springs.[1] He uses it to light dynamite fuses.
