The fist note is added to the Lone Wanderer's PIP-Boy 3000 when overhearing Gary Staley talking to Angela Staley, his daughter, expressing concern over her and Diego's relationship. The other note is added to the Lone Wanderer's PIP-Boy 3000 when talking to Angela about Diego and choosing the "You're a woman. Just seduce him." option. Both "start" the unmarked quest A Nice Day for a Right Wedding.
