Angel-Eyes is one of the mercenary captains working for John Bishop in Fallout 2.

Background[]

Stationed in the cave south of Vault City, Angel Eyes is one of the leaders of the military outfit. His dog tags are one of a set of three (the other belonging to Blondie and Tuco) that carry the code to the raiders' safe.
