Background
Stationed in the cave south of Vault City, Angel Eyes is one of the leaders of the military outfit. His dog tags are one of a set of three (the other belonging to Blondie and Tuco) that carry the code to the raiders' safe.

- Deliver Lynette's holodisk to Westin in NCR.: After destroying the Raiders, the dog tags can be used to open the safe and find evidence of Reno and NCR involvement in the raids on the City. They are located in their respective lockers.
