Andy Scabb is a gang leader living in The Gray, inside of North Vegas square in Fallout: New Vegas.

Background

Andy Scabb has been using Alice Hostetler's relation to her father, Don Hostetler, to steal Don's revenues from the Crimson Caravan Company, and then disappear. He may also be a cannibal, as his room in The Gray contains a good deal of strange meat and strange meat pies.

• Someone to Watch Over Me: After you get the note Henchman message to Andy Scabb and begin to leave, Andy will walk in and confront the Courier on what you're doing there. With a speech check, he can be convinced that you were just looking around.
