Background[]
A scruffy-looking man in a dirty brown shirt, Andrew's arms are covered with a bright red rash, which he scratches frequently. He is a qualified doctor, capable of performing complex surgeries with help from the Auto-Doc he has on loan from the Vault City. The deal forbids him from performing a number of procedures, like amputations. However, he is willing to break the rules if one greases his palms.[1]
