Amelia Reynolds was a site manager of the Emmett Mountain Disposal Site prior to the Great War.

Background

Amelia Reynolds was hired by the Department of Energy as the site manager of the Emmett Mountain Disposal Site after the mysterious disappearances of the two previous site managers, Wesley Wiskowski and Donald Clark, who had gone to Washington, D.C. Unlike both previous managers, Amelia Reynolds saw what DOE's end of the disposal site was, played her part, and kept quiet about the whole cover-up.
