Allied Service Workers Bloc was one of several voting blocks formed by Vault 11 dwellers for the purpose of electing new Overseers. The blocs were largely corrupt and Overseer candidacies were determined by backdoor politicking, bickering, and threats. The threat of electing someone Overseer was often used by the heads of the largest blocs to extract favors and tributes from members of the Vault "community."[1]
