Alisha Parker was a survivor in Morgantown and was the valedictorian of the last graduating class of Vault-Tec University[1]. She was the author of a series of holotapes detailing the history of Morgantown after the bombs fell. She created five holotapes in total, one of which consisted of notes and ideas she had about what else to document. She communicated with another student and survivor, Victor Hibbe, who lived on the rooftop across the street. It is unclear what became of Alisha since her remains are not found in the camp, although her final holotape History of Morgantown: Author's Notes suggests she succumbed to the effects of radiation[2].
