These luminescent capsules glows an eerie blue, and were developed as the power source for the blaster weapons of the Zetan aliens. Although they pack a punch, these rounds are exceedingly rare and limited in number.
A random number of rounds (usually in the low- to mid-hundreds) are found in the aliens corpse in the cave east of Oberland Station and north of Vault 81.
