Background

An employee of Vault-Tec's Psychological Research Department, Dr Albert Leris headed the Vault 106 experiment. To preserve secrecy, he has redacted all information concerning the experiment, requiring all inquiries to be directed through his office. When the Vault sealed, he commenced the experiment, releasing psychoactive drugs into the Vault's air circulation system ten days after the door closed. He perished during he subsequent upheaval in the Vault.
