The Aerotech suite 300 is a building inside Aerotech Office Park.
Layout[]
This old, run-down office suite still contains a lot of the original equipment from pre-War days, in various states of disrepair. It's used by Captain Parker as an office, judging by the lock-up in the office by the entrance, full of drugs and alcohol, but is otherwise empty unless the player completes Hard Luck Blues by saving the Vault 34 dwellers trapped there. Horowitz will appear together with three other dwellers.
The offices are accessible down the side corridors, two per side, and contain desks and derelict computers. There's also a kitchen down the right-hand corner, at the northern end, apparently ransacked. Another point of interest is the Easy-locked bathroom directly opposite the entrance, where someone seems to have shot themselves and went undiscovered for decades.

- Today's Physician: In the entrance area on the coffee table. Might clip with scenery geometry, rendering it unobtainable until it's moved by an explosion.
- Sunset Sarsaparilla star bottle cap: On the counter in the kitchen, near the empty bottle.
- .357 Magnum revolver: In the locked ladies' room down the central hall, behind the Easy-locked room.
