Adrenaline Rush is a perk in Fallout 2, Fallout Tactics and Lionheart.
Effects
A simple flat bonus to a single SPECIAL stat... Requiring the player character to be half-dead. Recycled in Fallout 3 and Fallout: New Vegas into Nerd Rage!
Lionheart gives a more meaningful bonus, to Agilty, evasion, and melee damage the closer the character was to death.
