Admiral's Friend is a unique weapon in the Fallout 4 add-on Far Harbor.

This harpoon gun comes with the Instigating legendary weapon property by default, meaning the weapon does double damage when the target is at full health. Like other harpoon guns, it deals massive amounts of damage at a great range at the cost of attack speed.
