- In Fallout 3, it can be found behind a Nuka-Cola vending machine inside the Anchorage War Memorial.
- In Fallout: New Vegas, it's added to the players inventory upon obtaining the platinum chip. If the player drops the platinum chip, the note is removed until the player gets the chip back. It is also added when the player picks up one of the two Lucky 38 VIP keycards.
