You are in the presence of AHS-9, the Great and Terrible. What is it you desire of him?

AHS-9, the Great and Terrible[1], is the leader of the Hubology cult in Fallout 2.

Background[]

A rather well dressed man,[1] he is the leader of the wastes' most obnoxious cult is one of the more colorful inhabitants of San Francisco. Universally reviled by everyone outside his organization, due to the practice of abducting and brainwashing others into the cult, amassing wealth, and aggressively expanding, AHS-9 behaves exactly like one would expect a cult leader to behave.[2][3] Arrogant, brash, and quick to anger, the tailored suit does little to hide the undercurrent of brutality permeating his words.[1] He holds say as to when the Hubologists will embark on their journey to be with the Star Father; the signal will come to him in a "vision".[4][5]

Interestingly, while he appears to be a disturbed person, he possesses considerable knowledge about the wasteland. This goes as far as knowing of the Enclave's existence and their presence over New California.[6]
