2mm Electromagnetic Cartridge (aka 2mm EC) is an ammunition type in Fallout 2, Fallout 4, Fallout Tactics: Brotherhood of Steel, and was to appear in Van Buren.
This type of ammunition was designed specifically for use in Gauss weapons. It comes pre-packaged with 2mm ferromagnetic slugs and a battery containing the necessary charge for powering the accelerator coils.
